Description

QT6-15 Fully Automatic Concrete Block Making Machine features a compact structure and stable operation. It adopts a composite forming technology combining hydraulic pressing and high-frequency vibration, and is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system. The machine can automatically complete the entire production process, including pallet feeding, material distribution, forming, and block output, offering simple operation and a high degree of automation.

With a short forming cycle and uniform vibration force, the machine produces blocks with good density and precise dimensions. By changing molds, it can produce various concrete products such as hollow blocks, solid bricks, porous bricks, paving bricks, and curbstones, meeting different construction requirements.

Vibration table:With Static and Dynamic vibration table,it is designed to ensure the amplitude of the vibration table, so as to ensure the high density of concrete products.

Feeding cart: New design of feeding cart can feed the material into the mold very quickly and evenly,with less maintenance.

Mould:Special heat treatment for mold frame and tamper head plates ensure mould hardness can reach HRC58-62 for long life span.
