The QT12-15 Fully Automatic Concrete Block Making Machine is a high-efficiency, multi-functional hydraulic vibration and pressure brick-making machine. Featuring a heavy-duty, square-steel welded frame, the machine ensures exceptional rigidity and operational stability. Equipped with a PLC programmable controller and a user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI) touchscreen, it enables full automation of the entire production process—including material feeding, forced uniform distribution, frequency-conversion synchronous vibration and pressure, demolding, and brick discharge. With a rapid 12–15 second molding cycle, it delivers stable and highly efficient output.

Feeding cart: New design of feeding cart can feed the material into the mold very quickly and evenly,with less maintenance.
Mould:Special heat treatment for mold frame and tamper head plates ensure mould hardness can reach HRC58-62 for long life span.
